This Black Friday-Cyber Monday, we ain’t buying fossil fueled fascism

 All year we’ve been telling you about how Trump and his fossil fueled fascist regime profit off genocide and climate collapse. And since August we’ve been telling you about our plans to take the fight to the billionaires because this moment demands mass mobilization.

So this week, while corporations and fossil fueled fascist make BIG plans for how you’ll spend your money this Black Friday – Cyber Monday, and into the holiday season — our plans are bigger. Join us in action this week to withhold your money, spend your time, and take the fight to billionaires and oiligarchs.

There are lots of ways to take action!

• Sign the pledge to boycott, Amazon, Home Depot, and Target with the We Ain’t Buying it campaign endorsed by the No Kings Network.
• Join partners from May Day Strong flyering and picketing outside big corporations.
• Tell AT&T to drop it’s contracts with ICE and target their stores with action, protest, and more!
• Stand in solidarity with striking Starbucks workers and take action at stores from coast to coast!
• Share on social media and spread the word that when it comes to climate chaos and fossil fueled fascism We Ain’t Buying It!

Nearly 200 million working people exercise their economic power around the holidays. This year, we’re utilizing that power by opting not to shop at certain stores. We’re saying: We Ain’t Buying It!

For eleven months, our communities have faced relentless attacks — mass firings of federal workers, corporate pressure to dismantle DEI, and ICE raids targeting our neighbors. As millions of Americans struggle to get by in a changing climate and culture of fascism, corporations like Target, Home Depot, Amazon continue to profit from policies that harm working families, immigrants, and communities of color.

This holiday season — when 20% of annual retail sales happen — we’re using our collective power to speak the only language corporations understand: our wallets.

We Ain’t Buying It is a nationwide weekend of economic noncooperation (Nov 27–Dec 1). Together, we’ll:

👉🏽Call out the corporations that are doing our communities harm. 

👉🏽Withhold our spending from major corporate retailers;

👉🏽Redirect our dollars locally and in our communities; and

👉🏽Show the power of our ability to act together. 

This holiday season, let’s remind corporate America: our silence isn’t for sale, and our values aren’t up for purchase.
